2008 School Year
Thank you for your interest in Queens Lutheran School. The following information is required for enrollment:
Application Form: Must be completed for all prospective students. Please be sure to complete both sides of the form sign and date it.
Birth Certificate: A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate must be submitted before your child can be enrolled. It can be mailed with your application and fee or brought in on the day of the entrance examination.
Testing: Students entering 2nd - 8th grade are required to take an entrance examination that measures their skill in Reading, Math and Writing. Students entering 1st grade are given a school readiness oral test. The fee for the entrance exam is $50.00. Once your application form, birth certificate and fee have been received, the school will contact you to set up an appointment for your child to take the entrance exam.
School Records: Records are required for students entering 1st - 8th grade. A copy of the last school year’s report card and standardized test scores must be submitted on the day of your child’s entrance examination.
Following the entrance examination, or upon receipt of the Application and copy of the Birth Certificate, you will be contacted to inform you of the school’s decision to accept or decline your child’s application.
Students With Special Needs: Students with special needs are welcomed.
